the thing about Glenn Roeder

is when he first came in he said all the right things and did all the right things. But once the honeymoon was over he seemed to change, and slowly turn into the arrogant tosser than everyone has been talking of recently. Not sure why he chose to become like that as he would do so much better if he stuck to the positive talk of his early days instead of "I am right and you lot are unqualified to even look at me"
