Appoint Doug Livermore as "caretaker", go through the motions, then make him permanent manager, preaching "continuity" and thinking "economy"!

Although its academic -unless we're 15th at Christmas- I'd like to see someone like Gary Johnson, whose done well and wants to prove themselves at a higher level.
