AGM? Any Q's on the Youth Team setup?

Why isn't it working? (Not producing many 1st team players, whilst draining financial resources)

Also, what is the point of having the Robert Eagles of this world when there is no reserve side to speak of. How can a player progress when he plays 1 game a month.
