Andrew Hughes - in the dock

You can't fault the blokes commitment, he busted a gut to win that game. However you would say the same of any fan in the stands who might be given the chance to play. Simple fact is he's a clogger, and on last nights performance a dangerous one too. Remember what happened to Harper? I can't see Hughes being at the club in January, he's the same player I saw at reading several times, I did warn you he was all huff and no talent, he's not changed

What sticks in my throat is that our finely tuned management and coaching staff saw fit to spend five hundred thousand pounds on him. From a very tight budget, we spunk ?500k on Handy Andy Hughes. Of all the players out there that we could have gone in for, half a million of yours and mine hard earned. It really is quite astonishing. If we'd got him on a free and low wages, fair enough, but all that f**king money. It does give a little insight into Worthy's 'vision' for the future I fear

I thought he was a disgrace last night, one of the worst performances in a yellow shirt I've seen. He gave it away after he'd won it, he usually only won it after he'd given it away, his passing degenerated to laughable from s**t. He looks a mess, he plays like a mess.

He is supremely - non league

Hope he gets 3 against Palace.
