You know, I'm thinking that Worthy has a big problem there
He seems to want to play the whole 90 minutes with his starting 11 - would help explain why his subs are left until the latest moment or when an injury occurs. He seems to be scared to make a tactical substitution is the middle of a game when a player is clearly struggling - just in case he runs out of subs when someone does get injured.
