Well, then, you ought to be able to wrestle a tune out of it.
E-minor will be dead easy - exactly the same as a guitar.
E-major will be the same, but with the first fret on the bottom string too, A will be easily enough. B will be 4th fret on the bottom two strings, second on the next and mute the top - sounds easy enough. E, A and B - that's twelve-bar blues right there.
An open G chord should just be 3rd fret on the top string, 2nd fret on the second and the other two open. And that;s the start of a key change.
It's dead easy this banjo business.
