What keck!

Hughes is absolutely useless! Actually, he's not that good. People have said that he's a younger version of Holt - Hughes is not even that good. He charges around like a headless chicken, misses or mis-times tackles and is totally ineffective. His passing is absolute crap, his heading is crap, as his his shooting ability, and I would genuinely prefer to see Simon Charlton in midfield ahead of him - that's how bad Hughes is. Twice tonight in 5 seconds, he had the ball on the edge of their area and passed it to a Crewe player. Contrast this with the class that a half-fit Safri showed when he came on. Sadly, he's already shaping up to be one of Worthington's chosen few, so expect the donkey to be in the team until next April, when it will be too late.
