I love these Colney proclamations

Last week it was *Crofty saying the team owed the away fans a performance.
If I was in charge of such things, which I'm not, I'd insist that the same player do another interview after the game in question , i.e. 'So, Lee all that talk about owing the fans a performance was just a lot of old squit, wasn't it, you lying get.'

*i have nothing against Lee Croft in particular, but he is the example in my head as I type.
