why do we employ so many unlikeable managers?

or is it just me, and most footy managers come across as t**ts. i liked stringer, walker and o'neill.

worthington could talk a fair amount of bollocks tho forgive him that for getting us promoted. however the last 2 just seem a pair of egomaniacs who could never admit to being wrong and treat the fans with contempt.

despite no proven track record.
