Is Roeder doing a good job?

Well he certainly isnt getting the best out of his players. Surely some managers could get more out of Hoolahoop, Lupoli and Cureton for example.

As for Palace and Saints, at least they pushed for promotion since relegation. Palace having been in the play-offs twice and Southampton once.
