Let's not change our manager. Let's keep him. The answer isn't to change manager. Even if he proves to be a poor tactician, incapable of motivating players and wastes our money on expensive loans which seem actually not to be very good players stick with him because changing manager is not the answer.

For God's sake, this bloke is playing Russell up front when we've got a player he brought in (Lupoli) not even on the bench. Roeder should be paying Archibald-Henville and Koroma's wages out of his own bloody pocket if he chose to hire them but they're not good enough to play.

He's inept but he's been in the Premier League so we mustn't dare say that. It 'makes him laugh' when people question his judgement.

So let's stick with him. It'll be a nice experience for him (and us) to visit Cheltenham and Bristol Rovers next year.
