It's like selling your house..

your business is only worth what someone is going to pay for it. He does'nt have billions of cash sitting in the bank. In fact he tried to sell a large chunk of his business this year and couldn't because it wasn't an attractive proposition (even less so now). I'm sorry, he just isn't a "cash" billionaire" and his business is not as strong as it used to be so it's unlikely that he'll be able to offload Towergate any time soon to realise his net worth.
