they're defo on a mission to diss the beeb.......

but the difference is that ross/brand was a personal phone call to sachs - where as boyle was generally making a (funny) comment - wasnt personal or an invasion of privacy....
still, the mails main point is to slag the beeb in letting it air especially after the ross/brand news....
