Didn't they have all sorts of rather fundamental points to sort out first?

Like: can they get charitable status? And has the Club actually AGREED to accept money which comes with an obligation to spend it in a particular way, and which gives the donor some sort of "right" to have the proceeds of a particular player given back to the donor if sold?
