I think you'll like No Country - intrigued to hear your thoughts on Lebowski.

Barton Fink is my favourite of theirs - all about a Jewish playwright who scores big with an intelligent social drama in 30s New York, and then accepts an offer to go and write Hollywood screenplays. He's put to work on a wrestling film starring Wallace Beery. Really surreal, really visceral (in places) and very, very darkly funny. Top bombing!
