Our cat is 'indoor' for various reasons
Where the missus used to live she was allowed out, but very rarely bothered.
When she moved to Upper St Giles she thought it best to keep her in, what with grapes hill and all that.
Cat never bloody cared anyway.
When i used to go out the back for a fag, she'd wander into the hall, stand at the open back door, at the top op the stairs to the flat, sniff a bit, then wander back in.
She's been out once or twice by accident at ours, but gets scared and comes in (we trapped her in the kitchen by accident once, so she went out the kitchen window, came round to front and jumped up onto the living room window sill!).
