I thought Gregory Peck was rhyming slang for neck as in "Get that down your Gregory"

when you hand your mate a pint.

I now realise that I have for years been telling my mates to pour beer over their glasses, some of them don't even wear them. They have contact lenses.

No wonder they all hate me.
