when you first tune in you'll think 'wtf is this?' and you'll only have a maximum of 2 minutes and 17 seconds to wait until they repeat what the programme is about

due to your advanced years you'll forget this almost instantly and will once again think 'wtf is this?' wait another 2 minutes and 17 seconds and they'll tell you again

in any one hour programme there will only be 9 seconds worth of new footage

it's the way all Five's 8pm on a weekday evening tend to work (Ice Truckers, Monster Moves, Awsome Building Projects)
