Having seen my first game yesterday it is clear to me that the side does not

create enough chances. The forwards are starved of opportunities. There is simply noone in our team with the creativity or nous to unlock defences

This begs the question WHERE THE HELL IS HOOLAHAN?

I haven't actually seen him play in the flesh, but from what I hear he is one player that has the vision to create chances, especially if played in the middle rather than on the wing.

Some may say that this would leave us light in the centre, afterall he's not renowned for his tough tackling - if so, play him with four others in the middle with just one up front. A midfield of, say, Hoolahan, Russell, Clingan, Croft and Pattison should be able to support a solitary front man when required. It may also make us stronger defensively too.

I would also question why Chadwick is out on loan as when fit, he is another player capable of 'making things happen' and get this, HE CAN SCORE, as I note he did for MK Dons yesterday. He also mucks in with the grafting in midfield.

All season I've been hearing "Well we lost/drew but we played alright really, just couldn't score". Trouble is that without goals we aint gonna move up the table any time quick & I'm afraid that the current midfielders that we're playing, from what I saw yesterday, aint going to create much.
