my "guess" is that you are right. And I think we know for certain that attempts have been made to fix English top tier games. But based on what I saw I don't think this game was fixed either way - and nothing I've read suggests that it was fixed. If more evidence came to light, well who knows? But at the moment the MSM are ignoring what appear to have been overly generous odds and are instead relying on guesswork.
