Serious question.

Obviously stemmed from the below conversation.

Cos I really, genuinely, can't fathom it.

What has to be so wrong in someone's life that they find pleasure in being a c**t? Why is it so appealing to try and make personal attacks on someone they don't know?

Is it just an Internet thing? Do they do it in real life? If people who show such behaviour face to face, they wouldn't last two minutes.
