Something I heard on friday about city

Probably bollocks this but its been a little quiet so at least it gives something to talk about!

When getting my haircut friday (yes this is a somone my barber knows rumour!) my barber was telling me about something one of his customers had told him.
Thisis said to come from a source that had tipped him the wink about various things in the past which had been proved to be correct.
He was told that talks were ongoing with PC about taking over at the club, and a deal was about 6 weeks away.
This was about 2 and a half weeks ago, so by that time scale something should happen around Guy Fawkes.

Very likely to be bollocks, thought i'd pass it on though.
