It doesn't make it clear, admittedly. It starts off with ex Spurs now in the Prem, but by the time it's counting 17 for Brum, 15 for Leeds and 8 for Bradford the criteria have obviously changed

So I'll settle for people who played for Norwich who are now playing professionally in another English league (knocks out Hucks and Bobinson)
