again that's only some of you (and we're doing better than at least 1 person predicted)

my thoughts (for what they're worth)

we're not going to be challenging for promotion anytime soon

we need to get over the high churn of players that's been so damaging for us since relegation, which our over reliance on the loan system isn't going to fix anytime soon

we need more Clingans and (hopefully) Bells and Hoolahans, throw in a Stefanovic or two and we might get a play off place

but i think we've still got a lot of s**t to get through yet, 2 or 3 seasons worth with hopefully a dimishing number of loanees in each

if we're forced to change manager again then it'll be a case of him getting rid of the deadwood again, getting in his own people and players and then we're put back another season

unless we get an Abramovic in (and Cullum's said he isn't going to 'do an Ambramovic) the only way we'll really start to improve is to get a stability within the squad, imo

and if Phrankin happens to read this - notice the 'hopefully' that's in front of Hoolahan and Bell as i'm well aware that neither have yet prooved themselves either way
