he knows the place in and out, played there, was a hero, became a player coach, and then manager

Of course he's going to look good for them, he's been groomed into that position there and has probably the most stable job in football

If someone really wanted him here, would we really give him all that time to come good for us, when we've only had Roeder for less than a year?
