No....... because

he is a hungry up and coming young manager who is doing a magnificent job, mainly with a bunch of kids. The fact that he used to play for us and has an affection for Norwich City is a bonus. He also happens to have been there when we were good so he knows what the fans aspire to.

It's not just any manager out of work. In fact that's the problem in my opinion. We went for a manager who was out of work without actually asking WHY he was out of work
