We need to just bury the hatchet, and leave the backroom staff to rebuild this club slowly, but surely

Yes it's great we have large crowds, that's fantastic, but that doesn't automatically fix anything. Neither does demanding stability based on good support

It is disappointing that this season will amount to nothing, but then again, sacking another manager will just mean season after seasons of nothing here, probably a lot worse

We all agreed things need to improve here, but they can only improve with time and patience
