with the old system of wotb where posts disappeared onto the previous page...
if too many new subjects were started, i could sort of understand the complaint.
but now, a new thread takes up exactly the same amount of space as a reply and has the advantage of keeping it at the top of the page. selfish, maybe, but if no-one is posting, i can't see that it matters.
