Spider & Rush goalies

Was it that a Rush goalie could come out of goal and join in the play, even going up front but they still remained the designated goalkeeper, so only they could hadle ball in own area.

A Spider goalie was basically the furthest person back was the goalie & no particlar person was designated.

That rings some bells with me.
