Just received one of the most bizarre emails

Hello Charles,



Regarding the cleaner ? Some clients experience a few problems - A couple of queries / suggestions:



1 ? have you used the ?pool pulse? to see if there is adequate flow rate?,



2 ? If there isn?t enough suction, have you set the AD-Flow connecter (at the skimmer box) to a higher setting (e.g. from 1 to 3)?



3 ? are the connections ?sealing? correctly at the skimmer box (or is suction being lost there)?



4 ? Do you have a blue vacumm plate (e.g. form an earlier Kreepy Krauly)? If so, you will need to close off the spring-loaded side valve on that plate.



5 ? is air getting into the system - i.e. between stopping and starting, is any air visible through the clear lid of the pump, or coming back via the return? Another symptom of this is ?cycling? where the cleaner starts and stops ever few minutes.
