I don't mind waggers

When he's good, I enjoy his stuff, its a different approach to most of the Archant stuff.
I'm always looking for new stuff from him, so I like to think i'm not a basher.

That one though just kinda went over my head.
Probably me to be fair, Sort of get the links in the article, but just not totaly sure what the point of it all is.

Is he saying new owners are now just around the corner, that this guy Harris is out looking for us, or not?
