guesswork!

fix if you're attitude to risk is negative (or you can't afford a bad result int. rate wise).

if you are good with money and/or actually save money each month then i strongly recommend offset mortgages.

have a read up on this type before and see if it will work for you.

mine was paid off years in advance thanks to this type of mortgage.
