Interesting Jaffa cake fact . . .

It is a buiscuit although called a cake.

This is proved due to the fact that when a biscuit gets old it goes soft and when a cake gets old it goes hard.

Laugh at this fact if you will but . . .

A very very large lawsuit went through on this issue. Cakes pay more tax due to them being a luxury good compared to a 'neccessity' buiscuit. Mcvities won a tax exemption by proving their cake was in fact a buiscuit.
