Doesn't suggest anything of the sort

Cullen left of his own free will. Its a great job opportunity for him with more to go at and a bloke running the show who will give him all the freedom he needs to make a success of it.

The ground is full at Carrow Road, there isn't any part of the community he hasn't yet exploited and chances are a new ownership will bring in different ways of working and less autonomy for him.

He was not sacked or made redundant, it's more a case of whether the club can afford to bring someone else in, needs to, has someone in the wings who can carry it on or thinks, as I do, that when the club changes hands someone else will have their own ideas how it should be done.
