Asked the Wrathers 'Night Shift' last night, but no joy

Does anybody know a "John Staff"?
Was clearing out the attic the other day & came accross a load of my old Roy of The Rovers comics from 1984.
A John Staff of Norwich had asked for Paul Haylock as the "Sign Please" feature and there he is, centre spread, in glourious colour with the old Adidas pin stripe kit, shorts just about covering his goolies!
