I don't think there's any power struggle

Seems more like they want the major car companies - whether Ferrari, BMW or Honda - to be winning races, rather than a specialist F1 team like Maclaren.

Therefore they take *any* opportunity to nail Maclaren and give points to the others.

This is the most laughable yet though. Completely, transparently, bent.
