It would bother me...

My SPV M650 which internets, GPSes, wifis, tomtoms, microsoft offices, MMSes, camara photo and videos, and even allows me to make telephone calls and text messages needs charging once every 7 to 10 days, and my iPod battery goes 30 hrs, so I would be right jarred off if a device purporting to be both needs charging every night (which is a sure sign that the battery will lose capacity or die far quicker than others).

I will get one in October though cos it is free.
