i would like
a courtyard garden directly leading from the kitchen to replace the existing uneve lawned area, a terraced area overlooking the field done in cotswold flagstones and cobble setts with an outdoor kitchen and mood lighting, the entire lawned area is to be relaid with premium turf and the entire east hedge is to be removed and replaced with a flint knapped wall and an oak gate leading to the front drive which should have the shingle removed and replaced with brick weave paving. also the groundworks and landscaping for mrs tombs gadenhouse should be included and a water faeture to the side of the terrace beside the plum tree. if you can manage all this by mid october then i'll pay a bonus and a weekly bacon sandwich allowance.
