NCFC - not a holiday shop or a Charity believe it or not

Therefore I think the Turner's will have done us a fantastic job by coming in and looking at how the club is run in a completely objective and business like manner. Fact is the exec at the company will have become so close and cosy to goings on that all sorts of bad practices will have set in.

If that means that free teas and coffees etc have gone away then great. The small things DO make a big difference. If (big if) the club was to make an Operating Margin of say 5% p.a. then that's ?5 per ?100 revenue - to pay for free teas etc equating to ?250 per week then the revenue needed to pay for this would be c?25000.

To be frank if the employees are disgruntled then maybe they should join the local council where it really is a holiday camp.
