I think with the amount of money....

...This club has had from Transfer fees, The Hotel, The Housing and land sales, The new Sponsorship deal and the parachute payments ?2m is a tiny amount and the club is very poorly managed if they hadn't a contingency plan for the turners turning round and asking for their money back, after all they has said it was a loan!
