That's only if you've installed the NoScript add-on.
If you have, then you'll see a little "Options..." button at the bottom right, click that and you'll get a number of options like "Temporarily allow all on this page." That would do it.
But none of that matters if you haven't installed NoScript yourself. It doesn't come with Firefox.
