Loan system - please confirm my understanding of it!
We can sign players on permanent contracts and any type of loan, including season long, up until midnight tonight.
After that, there is a seven day break with no signings allowed whatsoever.
From next Tuesday onwards, we can sign players on 30 day or 90 day 'emergency' loans, but no season long loans are allowed until the next transfer window opens on 1st Jan 2009?
