I think we need to remove one of the current pieces

Fozzy is having a detrimental affect on the teams performance, he plays as the playmaker but his passing is not good enough, his sideways passing is always too flat and slows play down by making the fullbacks wait for the ball to reach them as apposed to them being able to run onto the ball, any forward ball is generally wayward and he tends to hold the ball longer than is necessary.

In summary, He's not fulfilling the role given to him well enough.
