Can someomne explain to me what his claim actually is?

He said its nothing to do with being overlooked for promotion or anything like that?

What is he actually claiming then?

Secondly the new report i saw mainly covered a press conference given by the officer in question and then had interviews with Lee Jasper (what the hell do we care what he thinks) and an officer from the Black police officers association both of whom banged on about how racist the police are so it was hardly "siding the with met"!
