Lets be honest Cullum called her bluff by offering what she said but she is so embedded in her little toy she wont let go. Delia was past it when she took control of this club and she has used it to her advantage to make millions (check her website co we are all over it) and she will never let go whatever she promised in the past.

When the richest man possible who filled her criteria came knocking she simply shut the hatches and put her head in the sand.
