He Can't Handle Pressure-Simple.

There wasn't any on him at Colchester. No personal expectations, no pressure on the club to achieve, he did well.

No pressure in the pre-season game against Tottenham-so he goes and puts that one away like a Premiership striker.

Comes back here, and, rightly or wrongly, there is pressure and expectation of better things. And he isn't performing. You can see it, his head drops, he panics, his touch goes, he snatches at chances...OK, OK, maybe the pressure and demands from the fans is overwhelming, but its his job, he gets paid an obscene amount of money to do it, and (and other people who work under pressure HAVE to perform) is fast running out of excuses.

Of course, he'll go and score a hat trick now.
