So I rang them to get an upgrade, wanting the k850, but not wanting to pay 30 a month

She was fine, saying I can have it, and for 10 quid a month for hte first six months, then 15 onwards, and I can have internet unlimited for 7.5 (I was spending about a tenner at the time) etc

Good piece of advice upgrading, my insurance was on the bill this time, so they say 'you may as well have the first 3 months free', but they require a months notice instead of you deleting the direct debit.

So when I spotted this, I'd been charged 2quid for the days on the bill when they weren't free. So I rang and cancelled, and they said it will be cancelled in a month, so I ended up paying 8quid in total for insurance I didn't really want in the first place
