The problem is that we're little old Norwich, too nice.

A large proportion of our fan base are just happy to turn up to a friendly stadium on a Saturday and enjoy the 'football experience'.

As such they accept the status quo and are happy with us plodding along and hoping that one day we'll go up because we managed it on a budget under Worthy.

Fact is that football has changed massively since that promotion season, the gap is getting wider and in order to make it to the Prem and stay there you need money, a great manager with connections and some luck.

The only way this club doesn't die a slow death is with a billionaire backer.
