I don't even bother calling Aviva when my car insurance needs renewing anymore

I called to let them know I'd changed my car once and the person at the end of the phone asked how I spelled Ben.

I found the best option was to keep calling until I got though to the UK.

Its a shame as I eventfully got through to a very helpful person in Sheffield.
