Defenders, midfielders-they're one thing. Strikers who guarantee goals and are proven goalscorers-hmmm. Financially, thats upping the ante in terms of the transfer, wages, agents fees-and strikers of that quality are not going to be easily released by their clubs, no wonder Rosenberg won't let Iverson go.

For what its worth, I think mystery man is Jermaine Beckford. The promise by Leeds - "...if we don't go up this season, you can leave..." -they didn't and he's still waiting!

But whoever it is, I think our "generous" Board are baulking a bit at the figures quoted. So, whoever told Roeder he could have as much money as he wanted-you muppet!
